"The plastic flowers outside were awful. The 2benches in the front were partially unbolted from the ground and hazardous. We found the pool music inescapable from when outdoors- too loud all over! We stayed in the room late each day and Housekeeping only managed to come for brief visits 2 days… we had to request things every evening from the front desk- including toilet paper, which they promised to leave a note about , but which had no effect. Glasses were never washed or replaced. And in addition to running out of toilet papet, we also ran out of Kleenex and washrags and hand towels. HOWEVER, everyone at the front desk save one, was extremely pleasant and helpful. (Even tho they couldnt help us with our boarding passes.) The wait staff was great! We hope Jeanie’s bee sting is better."

"There were no covers on any of the ceiling lights in the room. The bathroom floor tile was cracked in several spots. The room was remodeled at some point and the carpet still had pieces missing where there was once a wall. There were big tears in the wall paper in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good."

"The Hotel location very convenient for many things in the area. The Valet service for parking was a nice option but trying to locate the valet was a challenge. Check in was done online, but still took over 10 minutes to get my card activated. We checked in late in evening and had to run to theatre right away so it wasn't until late after the show that we got back to our room. At which time it was after midnight to find a Black Bra stuffed into the seat of the chair in the room. If it hadn't been so late we would have asked for a new room. My wife accidently left her purse in our friends room, we called the front desk to inform them that they would be bringing it down to the front desk. We were told we needed to fill out the LOST & FOUND form online which we did immediately and informed our friends. When they brought the purse to the front desk the person there knew nothing about our call earlier and they were telling us that we need to fill out the form. Once we talked with the front desk and explained that we had already done that they said they would place the purse in the safe until Cleaning Mgr came in on Monday to then process to sent back. I am still waiting to hear back from the Hotel that the purse has been shipped."

"The hotel was very quiet, which was great. The bar was ridiculously quiet, which was strange. No ambiance at all. I think the bar doubles as the restaurant, I never saw a restaurant. No one ever there. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. I ordered room service one night and it was the bartender that delivered it. I think he's kind of a one man show. It was fine but if you're looking for a lively , happy hour or music or anything going on at your hotel, look elsewhere. The food was ok. Maybe the bartender cooked too? Lol. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location."
