"We truly had an amazing time staying here. the staff was so helpful. The room was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend if you would like to stay in a piece of heaven. We can't wait to visit again."

"Staff very welcoming. Property very clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Only complaint are the walls between the rooms were thin and I could hear the adjoining rooms. But about 10:30 pm, everything went quiet and slept well. Plenty of parking on property. Great restaurant near by recommended by staff, “Il Grillo Moro”, definitely top notch. Would stay again."

"Buen hotel. La persona de la recepción fue muy amable, hablaba español y me explicó muy bien los servicios del hotel. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Sin duda, regresaré."

"Excelente café da manhã equipe muito atenciosa ótima localização p quem está de carro"

"Nice modern business hotel with spacious rooms. Mine had a balcony too. Plenty of parking on site. I ate in the restaurant which was good and reasonably priced. It’s a bit out of the way, so definitely not somewhere to explore Siena on foot by!"

"Camera molto pulita e molto bella, davvero niente da dire, struttura stupenda e personale molto disponibile, colazione molto abbondante ho amato la colazione salata. Abbiamo anche cenato lì e anche la cena è stata buonissima e devo dire anche economica. Se mi troverò in zona ci tornerò sicuramente!"

"The accommodation is in a quiet area. Room is small, but comfortable and clean. Check in instructions were given as the front desk has limited hours. Finding the hotel entrance was a little confusing, but it is between the 2 buildings. The garage is around the back with a very narrow entrance for a vehicle. We opted to park outside. The breakfast was a great start to the morning and located in a seperate building. Good value for the price."

"Excellent staff"

"Property seem reasonable, staff helpful, rooms are little small and dated, bathrooms need renovation."

"Overall good experience"

"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"Endroit magnifique et bien situé pour visiter la région."

"beautiful villa. but too rural setting"

"Its location only the rest is like the 80"

"Great location. Walk to/from town was very manageable considering how much walking we did in Rome earlier in our trip. Easy access via car so location made for easy access to other cities for day trips."

"Good value"

"Giacomo, co-owner of the property, was so kind to give us some basic education and guidance for Siena which helped us navigate and understand the city better. Parking was plentiful and the open view from the property was beautiful. I was fortunate enough to meet a Swedish lady who told me that this was her third stay at the property. Breakfast was wonderful and very local European-style rather than American. You can enjoy indoors or outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary...

"Charming, beautifully decorated, and pet-friendly hotel We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. It is very cutely decorated and has lots of character. The location is great if you prefer staying outside the busy city center while still having convenient access to everything. The room was a good size—not too big or too small—with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was also very good, offering everything you need to start the day. Another big plus is that the hotel is...
