The hotel is dated but kept up well and clean. The only issue we had was with the guy at the front desk who was very unfriendly. He seemed very put out every time we asked a question or when out key cards quit working. No thank yous, no "have a good stay, no smiles.... nothing.

I grew up here and have a lot of good memories. I was glad to see that the town has grown in size and population. People have kept up their property. We had a good time at my high school reunion.

It was a good place to stay for our morning flight. We didn't really see much of Stewartville, we just spent the night at the hotel before our flight out in the morning. What we saw of Stewartville looked good.
