"Our stay was great. Hotel and room were clean. The complimentary breakfast is really good with a variety of breads, bagels, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and more. The front desk puts out free cookies everyday too! Great location too; quiet at night away from the main strip but still only a short walk to the attractions."

Great location, good services and clean
"This hotel is a perfect location for visiting the falls, local attractions and concerts at the casino. Staff were very friendly, clean rooms, great air ventilation in the room. I would definitely stay here again. Our room had an awesome view of the falls
The only negative comment is the parking at hotel was expensive "

"I like hotel being in walking distance to the falls.I dislike the property like many others sat on a hill.
I like the balcony but dislike the parking lot view.
I like the cleanness of the property and friendly staff and dislike the vending machine that only accepted canadian cash.
However, If I visit again Holiday Inn by the Falls would be my choice.
