"The hotel was very conveniently located, near restaurants, transportation and shops. Unfortunately, the rooms were very small and the first floor rooms do not have mini bars or refrigerators. Additionally, they charge for everything and there is not even any complimentary water in the rooms."

"I have mix feelings because the location was perfect with good connections to the city center via train or bus but I believe the photos show a very nice place which it wasn't for me. Also the bed in our room was advertised as queen size but in reality there were two mattresses in one bed which was very uncomfortable. I paid for breakfast but they didn't have that option on site so they refund me some money and left me with another worry."

"Hi, there is no do not disturb sign so every day the cleaner would knock very loudly and barge into the room. Also the owner demanded payment when I checked in the even though I booked online. Why do I have to pay twice? Also I checked in at 11:30 pm and the reception was closed even though they’re supposed to be open until midnight. What if I didn’t have a phone? I would have had to sleep outside "
