"This is a great hotel. We’ll position near Berlin Zoo, with many shops, restaurants and transport links nearby. The U and S bahn are with minutes walk. Hotel was clean quiet, and very well presented. Didn’t use most of the facilities, but would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. However, there were teenagers drinking outside til 3-4am and the soundproof was quite bad in the room. I'm not sure if it was the cleaning staffs or customers, but it was really noisy with furniture dragging from 9am, too. "

"So disappointed not to have a wardrobe in my room - not even a few hooks on the wall to hang my suits / shirts . When I enquired about it at reception, I was told that ‘ my room rate does not include a wardrobe’. I travel the world on business for over 30 years and have never encountered this before . My freshly pressed shirt I took from the suitcase this morning, looked as if I slept in it . I did not air my grievance with the receptionist as it wasn’t her fault but Management should know better . I would definitely not stay again ."

"I stayed for two weeks and overall had a very positive experience. The staff is extremely friendly, check in and check out were smooth, and the pricing is reasonable. The location is convenient, close to bus lines, with taxis always available and Uber typically just two to three minutes away. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of meats, vegetables, fruits, cereals, and juices. There is also a convenient self service store on site where you can buy snacks, beverages, and essentials such as phone chargers. It is simple and efficient, just scan, pay, and go. The only downside was the WiFi. Be aware that your room location will directly affect your connectivity. During my 13 day stay, I was only able to connect to the hotel WiFi from my room about 2 percent of the time. The remaining 98 percent of the time I had to rely on my phone’s cellular data. In contrast, the connection in the lobby was stable and fast. I mentioned it to the staff and hope management improves coverage with proper signal extenders. If you rely on internet for work, having a backup option such as an eSIM is strongly recommended, as it was essential for me during my stay."

"Værelset var dejligt rent. Desværre lugtede der af hash på hele gangen og vi var generet af det helt ind på vores værelse. Det var både morgen og aften. Det var tydeligt at en masse af de andre gæster røg inde på deres værelse. Det var ikke super børnevenligt. Vi troede fejlagtigt at det var et familievenligt hotel. Derudover var der høj musik fra naboerne både aften og det startede allerede igen kl. 7:30 om morgenen. Da vi var nede i receptionen den ene aften kunne vi ikke finde noget personale hvorfor vi opgav. Det er umiddelbart ikke et sted for familier, men nærmere for et meget ungt publikum. "
