"Really disappointed. Reserved a suite. Checked in and let them know I had a dog. Was told dogs not allowed upstairs and had to take a room on ground level. So, on top of getting a lesser room and no refund on the difference, got charged for the dog. At 1am somebody tried to get into our room. I popped up, looked out and didn't see anybody. 10 minutes later, somebody had a key to our room, opened the door but I had the safety latch on, so they didn't make it all the way into the room. It was a gal with a baby. Wife called down to front desk and demanded a new key and that somebody had access to our room. NOT HAPPY. I put two and two together the next morning. The gal that tried to get into the room forgot what room she was in and her key didn't work. So, front desk gave her a key to the room we were in. What pissed me off, they didn't ask the gal for ID nor check what room she was actually in. If I would have had a gun and hadn't thrown the safety latch, somebody could have ended up getting shot. I did talk to the gal that tried to get into our room and she profusely apologized about the incident. I didn't blame her, but front desk certainly is to blame on what could have been a disaster instead just two pissed off people that lost sleep over this avoidable incident. MAJOR FAIL."
