"Tropicana is a fun place to stay, however , if you're not planning on visiting the beach , just know that the pools aren't open until the weekend. I didn't come prepared for the beach I came for the pools. However , everything else was fun and made up for that , it's a huge place , wear your walking shoes 🤗"

"We stayed for three days. When you first walk in everything smells good it looked neat. Unfortunately the TV in our room did not work so they had to come and fix it. The first guy could not figure out what was the problem. So they sent someone else to work on the TV. He did not come until 10:30 at night when I was ready to lay down. The second day our key cards for our room did not work when we tried to get in after leaving the beach. When we took our key cards to the front desk, the lady said to us nothing. We asked her what was wrong and she did not give us an explanation unfortunately. But just gave us new cards and said they should work now. The housekeeper was quick with responding to giving us new towels and new washcloths. So that was on the positive side. Overall, our stay was not bad just those two things freaked me out. Would stay again but hope these two things don’t happen again."
