"Been stay at oceans last couple years, never had an issue till this one. As I was getting ready to sleep for the night I turned my pillow over to find it had dried blood stains on it. I check the sheets and there were other dark colored stains. Initial Front desk employee on the over night was sarcastic, with zero compassion for the disgusting condition of the linen. “It’s just a pillow, we can have a new one brought up” After speaking with a manger we were moved to a new room. We were told it’s another non smoking room. When getting to floor it smelle did smoking. In the room was ash trays, after verifying the new floor is a designated smoking floor. Getting in new room nightstand next to bed had some eye contacts left in the table some melted onto the counter. Check sheets and stains again. This time not blood atleast. Upon going back down to front desk n speaking with manager directly after waiting another 30mins not going into an hour n 15mins of non clean linen. He had house keeping come to new room that was also not clean n re-clean/sanitize the room. However the spa was very clean organized and staff was fantastic as always when me and my wife go. Food and restaurant ocean steak was fantastic, server Louis was great highly recommend the porterhouse!"

"I am a loyal Marriott Gold Elite member, but this stay at the Courtyard Atlantic City Beach Block was an absolute nightmare. We used mobile check-in days in advance and arrived at 5:00 PM to find the driveway completely blocked by traffic and a 45-to-60-minute line. We left to grab food hoping it would clear up, but when we came back 90 minutes later, it was even worse. I had to stand in line for nearly an hour and a half just to get our keys, causing us to completely miss the opening act of the concert we traveled here to see. Once we finally got to the room, things went from bad to worse: * **Broken AC:** The room would not cool down below 74°F. * **Missing Essentials:** No trash can, no TV remote, and the TV didn't even work. * **Health Hazard:** The mini-fridge was completely unplugged. I am a Type 1 diabetic and need to refrigerate my insulin. Having to scramble to find a safe place for my medication on top of everything else was incredibly stressful and dangerous."
