● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are
required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

GREAT VIEW!
Phenomenal view of the lake/mountains & nightly sunset. Something you’ll never forget!! Inside of the house is deceivingly small (1 open bedroom loft, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds, and kitchen/dining/living room all essentially 1 space. Updated decor was nice, beds were great…but cleanliness was pretty underwhelming (hair everywhere, bathrooms dirty, bath tubs gross/bath curtains moldy). Figuratively a very hot and cold house (literal = no issues) - quiet area at the top of the mountain and a great place for a **SMALL** family. Not terrible for the price, but probably expected a bit more refinement and certainly a lot more cleanliness. Large clock fell off the wall due to what was probably a rowdy neighbor (I believe it is a rental as well), but host was EXTREMELY gracious and understanding in taking care of it. Overall, a 7/10, but could have EASILY been a 9/10 if cleanliness standards didn’t give you the heebie-jeebies sometimes.

Nice spot to stay for the week. Great views. Close to the Stagecoach lift. Plenty of parking. Shuttle picks up right in front of the condo (parking lot). Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and disposable items like papertowels, soap, etc. Kitchen fully furnished. Beds comfortable. The condo is a one bedroom plus loft. The loft is open, so who ever is up there can hear everything and see lights flip off and on. Stairwell to the loft is in a bad location. It jutts out in the middle of the entrance. We smacked our heads several times. Bedroom with bunkbeds is very tight and hard to move around. Hot tub and pool are down the road and not very convenient. Especially with all the snow. No sidewalks.

Great location, Nice condo
Location is a 5-minute shuttle ride to the Stagecoach Lodge. The stop is about150 feet from the the door to the condo. The shuttle is free and runs every 15-20 minutes throughout the day. There is one bedroom and a bed in the loft, which is open to the living room below. Kitchen is small but adequate. Appliances and supplies are good. The condo has a partial view of the lake, which is very nice. Washing machine and dryer are not in the unit.

We enjoyed our time at this condo. The views were amazing. The downstairs bedroom is small and could benefit from less furniture. The bunkbed would be nice if you have kids though. Upstairs bedroom is an open loft so be aware of that if you have someone sleeping on the couch since you'll hear any snoring from the living room and/or loft :) We loved having our Thanksgiving here with our small family. Definitely would return.

Comfortable and great view
Very nice place. Comfortable for our family of 3 with 2 dogs. Pool was a short walk and very clean. Just a couple things such as no curtains so the sun was shining directly in to the livingroom, and the downstairs bathroom was so tiny it was uncomfortable to shower in. But overall we really enjoyed it!

All around great place. This is not a ski-in and ski-out condo.
We were very lucky to be able to check in early due to the high vacationing rate during president's week. We appreciated that greatly. The condo is on the corner of the building so you get more light and views than others. The views are AMAZING. The balcony outside has a stunning view of Lake Tahoe. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. The fireplace is REAL!!! There is also an electric faux fireplace in the TV stand in case you dont want to start a real one. There is a store very close where you can purchase firewood, among other simple needs (liquor, groceries, ice, etc) If it's cold, be sure to close the chimney, because all of your heat will go right up and out. The skiing is by far the best I've ever experienced. It's a shuttle ride away from the stagecoach Lodge and lift where you can also get your rentals. Extremely convenient. The condo itself was in fairly great shape. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The dishwasher did leak a little. And the freezer door didnt always shut. Also, the icemaker doesn't work. It's so cozy and the space is great. The bedrooms are perfect with a private bathroom off each one. The beds.....let me tell you about the beds. They were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. It was like a cloud. There was plenty of space to put your belongings away. I slept amazing every night I was there. All in all, this place was great. I would definitely come back. In fact, let me go book it now....

Nice place, great view
This condo was very convenient to the Stagecoach lift, only a few minutes drive away. We mostly drove because parking wasn't an issue, but did take the bus when we were unable to depart together. The bus stop is conveniently at the driveway entrance to the condo. The village bus drops off a bit further than the resort bus, but was still walkable. We enjoyed the great view from the kitchen table and balcony during breakfast and after skiing. The electric fireplace was nice and cozy in the evenings. We did each bump our heads on the spiral staircase was a few times, but the padded bumpers helped. We found out that the stairs were too slick for the dog to navigate. We had an issue with the lock on the front door locking us out for 10-15 minutes one evening. It turned out the lock doesn't alway fully engage when the door shuts, then denies entry when trying to use the code to open after. Louis helped us figure out that out, and how to avoid the problem again. He also came out the next day to switch out the battery for it, and to replace the light bulb for the outdoor light. Also, the building washer and dryer operate on quarters. Overall a nice stay.
