"This is our go to every time we are in the area visiting family. Spacious, comfortable, and everything we need. And the staff is wonderful. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of an ugly stain on the couch and burn marks on the counter. Not the norm for this place and clearly damage that was done by a previous visitor."

"Fantastic place, comfortable and accommodating. Stayed for one night to enjoy a show in S. Tahoe and not deal with the busy downtown hustle. We used the BBQ and cooked a great meal, kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our party of 4 (adults) to relax in the living room during down time. There was a taxi recommendation in the welcome binder we also used and would recommend that over Uber. Host Jordan is very responsive to any communication needs. We would stay here again!"

"Inside was very good but the exterior is pretty rough. Definitely needs upkeep. Stairs are splitting and needs replacing. Stairs are extremely worn and need replacing. Not stable especially since there are so many. Porch is deteriorated and wobbly. Screens have holes in them on all sliding doors. Holes in screen windows. Entire house appears not to be painted for years. Again inside is very nice."
