"Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. Would stay here again. "

"Abbiamo passato 3 gg veramente perfetti in questo appartamento davvero molto carino e spazioso in cui non mancava nulla,con una camera decisamente spaziosa e un soggiorno con cucina altrettanto grandi e in perfetto stile rustico rimesso a nuovo. E poi che dire dello spazio esterno e soprattutto della gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Alessio,che ha fatto di tutto x farci stare al meglio,con un ottimo barbecue compreso!Ci torneremo di sicuro,posto assolutamente consigliato!!! "This hotel is wonderful with beautiful views from the terrace! The only complaint is the number of stairs you have to take if staying on upper floors (no elevator) - my husband has a bad back so that’s a consideration. Also, wish they would accommodate all the guests in the gourmet restaurant as we couldn’t get a reservation during our 2-day stay! Book ahead of time!"

"Lovely hotel a short walk from the train station but feels like it’s in the countryside. Huge supermarket at the end of the driveway for those self-catering. Pleasant grassy pool area that felt very peaceful. Large cool room with very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely place and very helpful and friendly staff, especially at the bar/lunch area. The check-in process was flawless and very detailed, the grounds are stunning and the rooms are traditional yet it feels modern. Everything was clean and well kept. Opportunity to improve on reception’s English and not profiting from guests on Taxis rip off, if booking from the hotel. "

"The staff at hotel Minerva were friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a bottle of wine that needed a corkscrew, and they provided not only a corkscrew, but a bucket full of ice. The view from the balcony overlooking Siena really gorgeous. And the location being right beside the city old mediaeval Fortress wall was quite cool to be able to walk around and see the sites. Also, just a 10 minute walk into the city Square. "
