"Getting to the complex was easy, until you were trying to find the unit. Did circles of the parking lot and had to ask someone where it was. Getting in there the unit was clean, which is always great, but than the real nightmare started. The AC did not work. The Nest Host team called me Wednesday saying the repair team would be there to fix it, nobody came. Thursday we got the same call, again nobody showed. I had emailed, them both evenings and than they did not reply until Sunday. Saying they...

"Myself and 3 adult kids had a Christmas overnight The only thing I would have liked was that there were only 2 blankets, it would have been nice to have a couple of extra blankets instead of having to use sheets Otherwise clean, easy access, plugged my car in overnight, enjoyed the experience"
