Glasshouse is a great location and very convenient building. 1210 could use some deep cleaning - walls have splatter, bottom of cupboards, minor repairs needed toilet paper holder needs tightening as roll keeps falling off, spring in couch either broken or needs fixing. All very minor issues. Overall a great stay and would stay again."

"This unit layout was impeccable! View was good and I was provided a fob, however, this unit's maintenance was a different story. The listing provided the incorrect wifi network name - which wasn't a big deal - but it shouldn't have taken a couple days to be attended to. The REAL kicker was when the thermostat was SET TO AC vs heat. I booked this unit for 2 weeks mid-end of November 2024, and had to be given portable heaters a week into my stay and the AC wasn't switched over to the heater...
