"Charming hotel with very accommodating staff. We were able to check in early. Thank you. Our room in the older section of the hotel needed some TLC - vinyl floor in the bathroom in particular. Nice, full breakfast"

"Breakfast was good and the lady tending it was very sweet. Front desk staff was very rude. Pretty bad first impression. Also — really looking forward to the hot tub and but again front desk staff had no idea what I was talking about despite it being listed as an amenity on the website. "Currently as on the beginning of Nov 2026 there is no availability for EV charging The rest is Ibis standard"

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Halston and it never fails to impress. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is like having your own apartment."

"Lovely spacious place, very clean, nice staff, well priced, lovely room. My only gripe would be no curtain in the bathroom window, which looks into houses, but overall we liked it."

"Fabulous room filled with thoughtful touches from bathrobes thru to fans - with every detail tastefully considered for the most enjoyable guest experience."

"Nice hotel at great value. We had a 1 night stay with our dog and were very comfortable."

"Great parking. We didn’t realise when we booked that the pub would shut at 8 pm on the Sunday which was disappointing but they gave us a key to enter the building and to come and go as we wanted. The bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice."

"Decent sized double room with better than usual lighting! Really comfortable bed and good shower, albeit on the small side! Off road free parking is always a bonus and they do a full breakfast if required! Everyone very friendly!!"

"Close to the town centre"

"We are here for a real quick stop. Easy location on and off the highway."

"We had a great stay. Our hosts were fantastic!"
