"Bardzo mili właściciele, mieszkają po sąsiedzku, pełne wyposażenie kuchni, niczego nie brakowało, basen czyszczony 2x w tygodniu, spokojne otoczenie, do miasta samochodem ok 15 minut, nad morze 5 minut, też trzeba niestety jechać samochodem. Polecam."

"Das Haus war ein Traum!Toller Pool, alles sehr sauber drinnen + draußen, sehr gepflegt. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man bis Labin fahren, ca. 11Km. Zum Brötchen holen zu weit. Dort gibt´s Spar und andere große Supermärkte."

"Schönes neues Haus mit Top-Ausstattung, großem Pool und gepflegtem Garten. Es gibt zwei komplett separate Wohneinheiten jeweils mit eigener Küche und Waschmaschine/Trockner. In der Gartenpergola gibt es eine dritte Küche mit einem Elektrogrill und einer Induktionsplatte. Jeder Raum ist voll klimatisierbar. Es gibt auch ein gutes WLAN und sogar eine PS5. Der Facility Manager (Patrik) ist sehr freundlich, er kann sehr gut Englisch und bei Fragen war er immer sofort verfügbar. Wir konnten im Hof...

"The villa was big, very well maintained and well equipped. The swimmingpool, the beach volley and the pool table were great. The rooms and the ensuite bathrooms are great, but it was not five rooms but four. The owners were very kind and informative and we were especially happy about the two days we spent on the water because of their offers. The villa is a bit remote, and there is nothing in walking distance as it was too long and hot to walk to the beach."
