Recently built, centrally located one bed cottage, nestled along a lush hillside.

400 square foot interior space; 360 square foot porch space; view of sunset over water.

A short walk to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, beaches, bars, restaurants, and village shops.

Cottage has a large screened-in front porch, full kitchen with new appliances-gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and toaster.

There is a queen size bed and a back porch with a water view.

The cottage is equipped with a large AC unit, wireless internet, and smart TV with Netflix.

New 2022 Club Car Onward golf cart available for rent during your stay. Please inquire for rental rates.

Bicycle, Kayak, Sup, and boat rentals are available on Staniel Cay.

Thank you, Anita and Theo! What a magical little cottage with an incredible view. Perfect location, close to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club and the main beach. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart for a drive around the island. We loved our stay!

The cottage was immaculate, beautiful, and in an amazing location. I would suggest renting a boat through the owners for a fabulous side trip to see the sharks and pigs. Anita was extremely friendly and replied to me immediately to any questions I had. We will definitely return!!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Anita and Theo are great hosts, they responded quickly to the questions we had and were so helpful. Location was ideal, close to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, restaurants and markets. The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable! Theo was so helpful with any questions! We rented the golf cart and the boat they offer. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, I recommend doing this! We went to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandbars!

Amazing!

I came to Staniel for a quick 2 night stay and this little cottage was perfect! The location is perfect. Super close to the Yacht Club and very convenient. Theodore was incredibly helpful with getting me set up with the golf cart and boat rentals. Overall I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I will for sure be returning. Thanks!

Great Birthday getaway for my Boyfriend

Property is just as described,with wonderful host. Cozy it was with everything you may need . We bought our meals at the local stores and cooked at the cottage. Perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

We had the most amazing time in Staniel Cay! The Cozy Cottage was in the perfect location and Anita and Theodore are the perfect hosts! We rented their golf cart and explored the island. We enjoyed a different beach every day. We were lucky enough to spend 10 days on the island and I wish we didn’t have to leave. We will be back! TY Anita and Theodore for sharing your home with us!

A wonderful experience

This cottage is clean and comfortable. The hosts are very quick to respond and provided transportation to/from airport. It is a very short walk to the Yacht Club for yummy meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to plan another trip to Staniel Cay!

Very friendly host - nice and comfortable cottage

The host was very friendly and kind to us. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers every comfort. Only the view of the beach is limited. You can use a golf cart (not free), which is really great to go to the mini market, restaurant, beach etc.. We enjoyed our stay.

A few days in paradise

We arrived and were picked up by Anita and she did a quick tour and gave us some hints of things we should do and see. We had talked with her in advance and she arranged a boat rental for us. We also rented a golf cart from her and all of this made for an absolutely perfect vacation. We can’t wait to return

Cozy cottage

Cozy cottage is just that.. perfect sized cottage comfortable for two people. Excellent communication, comfortable bed, the internet service for the tv works perfectly. Two beach chairs and a small cooler to take to the beach are available. The AC works very well. Looking forward to going back.
