"We were a party of 8 ( 2small kids) the rooms were spacious and the living room even more. The jacuzzi on the front porch is different but it works if you just in it at night time. The back porch has super comfortable seating and it’s more privacy. "Our stay at the Shenandoah Crossing was wonderful! The setting was beautiful and the cabin was awesome! Very clean and modern with the rustic feel. All staff at the lodge were helpful and very nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! We’re already talking about making this a yearly trip! Thank you! The only thing I could suggest is to please list the incidental fee amount on the confirmation information. Other than that our trip was much more than we anticipated!!"

She didn't, nor did she tell me that they would "give away" my reservation. So when I arrived the next day they said they don't have any record of me. "Property is great. Check in process needs work. You have to get your parking passes from the sales representatives who are trying to get you into their timeshare. When I asked for passes they had no idea how to contact security at the gate and instructed me to drive my own passes out to the gate for my guests."

"Peter was a fantastic host! He answered all my questions and concerns within a timely manner. The photos are exact and it looks even better in person! Lovely fireplace and patio.
