"We stayed 1 week in a nice appartment. A nice hotel 1 hour from Chania airport. Rental car is a good idea. Nice area with good snorkling by the stone beach. There are no umbrellas nor sunbeds at the beds (as seen in the hotels's pictures).

was great too and we had no problems finding a good spot. The very small kitchen was very limited the very only plates etc for 4 people (enough) and ONLY 2 small pots. No frying pan, chopping board, bowls or similar. So don't plan to cook to many dinners...

"A wonderful, locally owned hotel with a welcoming informative staff. The

was fantastic and very clean. The hotel is right on the beach, and a ten minute walk into the center of Kissamos where you'll find great restaurants and cute little shops. Kissamos is a wonderful hidden gem, and if you stay there, definitely give Nautilus Bay a try, my wife and I will definitely be back!"
