The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the front desk was beyond helpful. The on-site restaurant was fantastic. Overall, I’m incredibly happy and fully satisfied!"

"The hotel was spotless and the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful , they couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast and snacks are yummy and they make an ace ice-coffee. Very baby-friendly with comfortable cot and high chair provided in the room. All the facilities you need to make a simple meal , beds very comfy and all the amenities are in good working order. Will definitely like to stay again, it’s a really good base for exploring chania and surrounding areas."

"The property is located on a sandy beach with a beautiful view. The hotel is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the harbour and old town. The staff were helpful. I stayed two nights but a longer stay would have been relaxing. I booked a loft room which was in two floors and I never used the top floor because of the stairs so we were in the room downstairs and the set up of the room was in a way the handwash basin was in the room and not in the toilet so took some space."

"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"

"So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!"

"Had a lovely stay. Great staff and the hotel is clean with very spacious rooms and is very welcoming. I'd happily stay here again. Wi-Fi in the room we stayed in was poor (top floor so may have been a range issue to the router), although the TV did have Netflix if you just want a night in to chill. On the practical side, there are 2 restaurants very close by and the hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from the beach. For the nearest supermarkets and the bus stop straight into Chania town then it's about a 5-10 minute stroll. Alternatively it is possible to walk straight into Chania old town along the beach side paths which takes about 50 mins and is really worthwhile doing."
