"Walking distance for Co-op live (35 mins), AO Arena, Arndale, local young persons night life. Staff pleasant and helpful, restricted but secure parking that allows you to exit and enter as you see fit for your 24hour booking but it is expensive at £25. Parking across the road in the street up from Rochdale street at £6.50 for 24 hours but for security, we took the hotel parking. Breakfast was decent but busy, the usual scrambled eggs, sausages etc but there was also make your own toast. Croissants, yogurt, granola fredh and dried fruit, along with fruit salads. As it was so busy, we took our to our room. Room was decent (our had a queen bed TV and sofa), iron and ironing board, safe). Bed was a bit firm but ok. One improvement would be a small fridge, then it would be ideal. Very quiet, didn't hear a thing from other rooms. Would I go back. Yes."

"Great stay, easy check in & check out. The staff are super friendly and helpful we were greeted with a smile and a easy check in. The room was cvlean tea & coffee ect well stocked. The hotel is centrally located to Leeds Centre and other attractions around it within walking distance anc located near a lovely canal which is nice for a walk along. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely book here again should I ever come back to Leeds. "

"This is mine and my daughters second visit to Manchester in the past year but first time staying at the Ibis. Our past experience with another hotel had stayed with us and we were expecting the worst but our stay at the Ibis was lovely. Check in was easy, staff were lovely, room was spacious and clean. Twin beds were comfy. Only negative comment i have is that the shower rail was hanging on by a thread and it looked liked it has had several attempts of being glued back onto the tile. Shower still worked fine. Would definitely stay at the Ibis again. "
