"Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. All staff were great! Breakfast was healthy and delicious but very, very busy. An extra coffee/tea machine would be really useful as there was sometimes a delay getting a drink.

"I was travelling with colleagues to a conference at the University of Vienna, and we were at the Imperial Riding School for 6 days. The hotel was beautiful and had many great features (pool, sauna, yoga room, exercise room, steam room, air conditioning, lovely rooms, very nice restaurant). We were a bit of a distance from the University, but trains were only a block away and came every few minutes. This also made it easy to get to shopping areas and attractions (even using a walker). As well, the trains went directly to the airport and also connected with trains to other cities (we went on to Munich). You wouldn't expect to get this much for such a reasonable price. "
