The staff is friendly and helpful, bed super comfortable, breakfast and all food (and local juices) was delicious. Great location- including just a short walk to the Botanical Gardens. We loved everything about our stay. The hospitality was phenomenal - with staff sharing some local spices, culinary wisdom and delicacies. So much appreciated! We just extended our stay and look forward to coming back again. "

This hotel provides you all the amenities youd need, also equipped with a rooftop restaurant and bar for all of your meal. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and courteous. "

"Third time staying here. I think it is the best value for the money in the Villa stretch. Again, I would double check on the beds available in the room booked. This one was listed as two twins and I asked if it could be put together into a King and they said it was already a King. The expedia website is frequently wrong in their listings of beds. Having Carib Beans behind the hotel is a big plus. Also, the hotel has started handing out 10% coupons to Carib Beans if you stay there. "

"The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable. NOTHING. The young lady just took the keys and said let me check if you owe anything, a few seconds later she said no, you do not. I left. Poor customer service. I was informed by several people the owner Ruth is very nice, but unfortunately she was out of the country during our visit"
