We could hear the ocean and see it from our room. Air conditioning worked well. Lukewarm shower needed it to be hotter for a comfortable showering experience. All staff was vey helpful and welcoming.

I had an amazing stay at Point Bay Resort! From the moment I arrived, the front desk agents were extremely helpful and made check-in super easy. The security guard was a really cool person — friendly, professional, and always made me feel welcome and safe. The rooms are very spacious, with big, comfortable beds that make it easy to relax after a long day. The shower is huge, which was a really nice surprise! If you enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean, this is definitely the perfect place to stay — you can literally fall asleep to the waves. The restaurant on-site is fantastic. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My favorite dish was the fish and chips — perfectly cooked and delicious! Overall, I highly recommend Point Bay Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, comfortable rooms, and amazing ocean vibes. Its a mix between simple and modern, but you wont break the bank staying here.

The room was clean to a good standard and access direct to the pool. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Air-conditioning was not very good. That was my only negative beautiful sea view scenery from your room.

This property is peaceful and located directly on the beach with a nice ocean view. Additionally it is on the bus route and therefore very easy to travel to and from town etc. Staff was very friendly and informative. I would specifically like to highlight Shanique who was a great source of information. However, the downside to this property is that rooms do not contain a mini fridge, microwave and even a kettle. Having would make this property great. I however still enjoyed my stay there.

Dåligt rum men fin utsikt. Finns inga krokar eller hyllor. Finns inga sänglampor. Bara en toarulle. Ingen handtvål. Vore bra med bord och stolar på balkongen. I övrigt var hotellet jättefint och älskade poolen. Restaurangen är också bra och trevlig personal.

Needs updating limited towels for two people no refrigerator for a cold drink. Had to go outside and pay five dollars for ice entrance door to the room is unsafe.

First I wanted to say thank you to front desk and housekeeping. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. My room had a large patio overlooking the beach which was breathtaking. I wish the room had a small refrigerator. The hotel still needs some work because they were hit by a hurricane. But overall I did enjoy my stay there. The hotel is also walking distance away from food and entertainment. I give them a 8 out of 10 because they still need some upgrades.
