"I did not know about I needed to put HK$500 cash when i check in. They should have messaged me so I could bring more cash."

"客室の清掃はキレイで問題なかった。市街地へのシャトルサービスも一度利用したが、ベビーカーも乗せることができ、便利だった。"

"Lovely stay again, we stayed last year and were so impressed we decided to that we return again. Highly commendable staff and a pleasure to have stayed here."

"Front desk staff lent us the electric terminal adapters. Very convenient."

"staff we encountered were wonderful. the lifeguards even played with the kids by allowing them to try aim the water guns at them while it was quiet! breakfast was very good."

"Great views of Central Hong Kong and the Botanical Gardens. You can walk down to Central in about 15 minutes, or take a short bus trip from a nearby bus stop. There is a cafeteria-style place (run by the YWCA, not the hotel) for a simple breakfast or lunch, and a Chinese restaurant. The hotel doesn't have a typical coffee shop, which is the only criticism, but the great value and the location makes up for that. Highly recommended."

"It was a great stay, but one of the three rooms we booked was dirty or was rushed on cleaning. We did request a refresh the next day since we went outside for the whole day; that one was still dirty and felt rushed. The other two rooms were spotless tho. The staff were very friendly and helpful; kudos to the guy who helped us keep our luggage while we strolled around after the check-out"

"Location is very convenient. Just the room is a bit small. Room cleaning can be done better ."

"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."
