"The hotel was nice and comfortable. Everything worked. They didn't clean the floor in the room so it got dirty from sand after a few days (our fault). We could have to used a broom. The breakfast was very good the first morning. the eggs and sausage were not hot the next morning."

"When I pulled up to this area, I was surprised it is a religious retreat area. I am fairly religious so no worries there -- I enjoyed the chimes on the hour and half hour and periodic hymns played by the bells -- but I did wonder if I went to the right place. But wowza! The front desk was terrific and, when I had an issue with the room in the middle of the night, I received swift and wonderful assistance. Great people, BEAUTIFUL campus to walk, and peaceful so one can relax and then hit...

"The room was perfect for my family, having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a king size Murphy bed in the living room. It was spacious, has a great view of the lighthouse and is very close to the beach on one side and the pier on the other. Also very close to many shopping and food options, all are walkable distances. This is my first time in St Simons and I would definitely stay here again."
