Coastal Haven is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large fenced backyard complete with gas grill and patio table and chairs. Nice screen porch off of the dining room seats 6 complete with TV. Great to drink coffee in the morning on the quiet, screen porch. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations with plenty of room to store your toiletries. There are 3 televisions, high-speed wireless internet (bring your laptop and IPad), lots of great books to read, plenty of games to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen is full size and fully equipped to stay for a week or a month! It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay more enjoyable. An array of pots and pans, dishware, bowls, glassware and even spices are provided to enhance your cooking needs.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean home! The communication with the owner was stellar and we had everything we needed. This was the cleanest home we have stayed in on VRBO and the screen porch with private fenced yard was the best! The location is awesome and SO close to the beach and town!! Thanks for a great time!! We loved our stay! The house is at the end of a very quiet street and the park is right next to it. Easy to walk to restaurants and close to the beach. The have a fully stocked kitchen and a grill with plenty of propane. The outside shower is on the back corner of the house and private. We used it to clean up after being at the beach all day. We are definitely coming back!

We throughly enjoyed the rental and it was plenty room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The porch was a great bonus for my husband’s reading retreat. We appreciated the outside shower for cleaning off all the sand. The location was perfect and a short drive to everything. This was our 3rd trip to the island but first with the kids/grandkids. We will definitely return. Thanks

Nice, comfortable and well equipped house that is well maintained and in a central, quiet location. The screened-in back porch with ceiling fans and tv was great and used on a daily basis. Because of its central location it was easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It all made for a great vacation!

This is a lovely home to stay in while visiting St. Simon's Island. It is close to many parks, the beach and restaurants. Our favorite place was Neptune Park - it is next to the Village. The owner of the property is very helpful and kind. The neighbors are friendly. There is a small park across the street where I took our pup every morning. And the neighborhood is quiet at night. The home is clean.

We had the best time staying here. It’s in a great location, very close to everything. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. We took our small dog with us and it was very pet friendly. There is a great screened in patio on the back with a TV, and the yard is completely fenced in. Host was great in communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again

This was our first stay at Costal Haven but will not be the last! My spouse and I were there for 2 weeks and were joined each week by daughters and their family for a few days. The house was perfect for all of our needs. It is in such a private and quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Haven. The house was clean and well appointed. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the screened back porch made it easy to watch her play. The property is adjacent to Demere Park, which provided a nice walk through the butterfly garden each morning before heading to the beach. We hope to return someday soon!

Perfect; would recommend to any family or friends, walking distance to east beach or the Mallory street cafe and the pier, close to some of the best golf courses I've ever played. Will be happy to return and hopefully do so shortly! Thank you Dawn for allowing us to stay and play!
