Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper. "We loved our stay here! Firstly, the location was amazing, just next to the chataeu so we were in the thick of everything whilst feeling safe and quiet. All the staff were great. The room was spacious and well equipped and roof terrace and spa were excellent additions. We also liked the wine vending machine! A perfect stay in beautiful Quebec!"
