Family Weekend Stay

We had a great stay with our family. With the little kids, we appreciated the sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for our use. The condo was clean and an easy walk to the beach. Great communication with the host. We would gladly stay again!

Great vacation getaway!

Very enjoyable stay! Beautiful view and very nice place to stay for short or long term. Close to the beach and other stores/attractions. Property manager was helpful with early check in and quick to respond. Overall great time, would love to come back again!

Super cute beach condo! Location is a 10/10 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Home was clean and homey! I absolutely recommend staying here! Also we woke up to dolphins on the first morning right outside the apartment!

Awesome condo

The condo is in a great location, easy to walk to beach and restaurants. The pool is smaller but wasn’t too busy during our stay. It had all the kitchen tools and supplies needed. Plus beach supplies. Kim was awesome to work with for the baby quip baby cribs we rented and amazing during the tropical storm! We saw dolphins in the harbor a few mornings too :)

This property was perfect for us. The location is in the middle of Clearwater Beach. The ammonites were fantastic. The view was wonderful. Will definitely search for this rental the next time we are in town.

Great location, pretty spacious condo

The location was great with the beach right across the street and restaurants all around. The condo had plenty room for us. It was good overall, yet it could use some updates/fixes for convenience and aesthetics. More lighting would be nice, along with towel racks and more comfortable furniture in the living room. The kitchen was nice enough and the beds were reasonably comfortable. A few updates would make it even better.

Perfectly lovated

We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go, Which made for a hassle free relaxing vacation. The condo could use some repairs. The door to the washer and dryer is completely broken. Washer has mold.and could stand some deep cleaning, Overall everything is clean we would certainly stay there again but would hope some of the minor repairs would be addressed sooner than later.

Great area to stay

The condo was in a great location. The interior needs a lot of up grades. Sofa in the living room is so uncomfortable that you cannot enjoy this area. Beds are so low if elderly or have problems with your knees do not plan on sleeping in the two larger beds. I recommend sleeping on the twins. You cannot enjoy the bay frontage as there is 1 broken plastic chair. Door off on laundry. Drain is slow so in the shower bathroom

We’ll be back

We brought our 2 teenagers and a friend for each - the location was great for walking to the beach and shopping. A quick ride to Sand Key beach which is way more low-key than Clearwater Beach (easier to park and rent chairs/umbrellas). It would have been great if the house had a few chairs and a beach umbrella. Slept 6 comfortably. Each bedroom had a Smart TV and the kitchen was well appointed. We made great use of the washer/dryer although the dryer vent is like a jet engine so we ran it while we were out at the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay with everything being so close. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit itself was very clean. I did have to contact the rental agency laundry closet doors being broken and falling off, as well as the box springs/ mattresses actually laying on the floor inside the bed frames in the king bed rooms. One couches were basically unusable for the adults, but the children didn’t mind it at all! The rental agency did apologize and said they were unaware of these issues and had ordered a new sofa bed and and bedframes. Overall… I would definitely stay here again as I can deal with a few inconveniences.

Overall I would say 3.5 out of 5

Condo was laid out nice and it was clean. There are some things that need to be updated, fixed etc. master bath has a missing towel rod. Things to repair, fix or improve: loudest dryer in the world. Sounds like airplane engine. Condo needs a full length mirror and door hooks to hang towels. Some outlets don’t work. You have to manually turn on lamps. Some of the wall switches are not connected to lamps. No workers no locks on doors. Front door does lock the first time you close it. I hand to turn the handle up for it to work. Elevators are extremely slow.

Nice place. Would stay again

The pictures accurately portray property. The views from balcony and other outdoor space are nice. The location is walking distance to restaurants, some shops, beach and bars. The kitchen is very nicely equipped. The condo has beach towels which is great! We rented it for the Clearwater Running Festival. It was perfect for the girls’ trip! We each had our own bedroom. There is a lot of construction across the street. Unfortunately, while we were there, the construction crew broke a gas line which caused inaccessibility to our building for several hours. Obviously, this had nothing to do with the rating. There are beach chairs that were probably left by previous guests. They have served their purpose and need to be thrown away. I would suggest the owner closely examine the extra items for wear and tear. The beds were comfortable but the other furniture is not. The sectional and futon need replaced. Also, only one elevator works and is very slow.
