"The flat was a good size and the terrace size was great. Even if you face the car park area, it benefits with the peace and quiet rather than noisy traffic etc. The rooftop pool is great and overall you would be surprised with how much facilities there are, for example in the basement!"

"The hotel had recently been taken over by Double Tree Hilton who have commenced some significant improvement works to improve the hotel and its facilities. As a result some services were unavailable including the spa and beach access. The works did not significantly impact on our holiday and enjoyment. The staff are amazing, Egeman on reception was very helpful and the staff in the two restaurants and bar were wonderful too. these included Rabi, Lorrenzo, Darren, Kyra, Jason, Ismail, Christine, Deosalyn and Marina. The breakfast offer was excellent, the cakes were delicious, lunchtime snacks / meals were lovely and the evening meals were great too. Looking forward to our next visit. "

"I stayed at the Topaz with a family member needing a walking stick and unable to walk far. The hotel was a great choice. With easy access to get around the hotel, with various lifts, spacious restaurant and very helpful staff"

"Our check in was at 2245 and we were checked in with ease. Our room reflected the price. Air conditioning worked great. Cute little balcony. Shower pressure and temperature was good but the height of the shower head is only suitable for children but it’s detachable and worked good enough. Pool was great too but it was too cold to fully enjoy. One cockroach was found in the hallway. None in our room."

"Hotel was very good, food was delicious, Branded drinks were available in the bar as well as a good choice of cocktails. Staff were friendly, helpful and work very hard. Enjoyed visiting the Greedy Monkey gastro pub and the Italian restaurant. Evening entertainment was a musician in the bar, some nights definitely better than others. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel."
