"Fairly nice room, but not the cleanest. There were clumps of something on the floors and bathroom counter. Shower door also wouldn't close all the way."

"Great stay! This was a clean, modern, and comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and professional and the restaurant offer great food and amazing service, and of course, the Mall of America is connected to the hotel’s 2nd floor. I highly recommend a stay here."

"It was a super clean hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very friendly people. The only thing I didn’t like is when people got out of the pool they wet up. The elevators bad other than that. I had a wonderful stay at Doubletree. Will stay there again."

"2 bottles of water, "hope you enjoy your stay". was $6 each. No other water in the room aside from tap. Other hotels, far less elegant, gave customers water at no charge. Reception desk person early morning, when asked about the shuttle parked in from ran to the airport and how often and what time, didn't know "ask the door man" ( if you can fine him ). it was 6:00 a.m. and we were going to catch and early flight."

"This hotel was fabulous! The pool area was a hit for our family with plenty to do for all ages. The arcade was okay, a little overpriced but we were in the cities... They had a great spread for breakfast, wonderful location with MOA across the street & other food/shopping options so close. The restaurant on site was good as well. The rooms were beautiful, cozy & clean. The staff did not tell us what time breakfast was out anything. Checked us in & that was it, not the friendliest."
