"Good"

"Great service the whole stay was amazing"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shanghai. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing environment. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with thoughtful amenities and a very comfortable bed. Only a minor issue was the noise from heavy traffic from highway nearby."

"Great concierge service."

"Very convenient location and excellent breakfast. The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we go to Shanghai. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was average, some stains on walls, broken lock which was supported by folded paper, peep holes was blocked. And some peeled wall paper. The toiletries were average, and the sink was clogged. Breakfast was not very good, the variety for vegetarians was limited."

"City central to everything you can walk and feel safe!"

"Exceptional hotel. Located in the core area, easy access to lots of popular restaurants. Inside the hotel it’s so quiet and peaceful. Also the room is beautiful and spacious."
