"Overall we had a good stay. Some staff were very helpful (e.g. reception, especially the blonde lady that was in training and at the bar above reception), others not to much (e.g. the dining restaurant where service was very slow).
The rooms were clean although there was a small amount of dust on the TV stand. Generally the room was well furnished, just a couple of finishing touches missing. There weren’t any bath robes in the rooms and it wasn’t clear how to obtain them, though we saw other guests by the pool wearing some. The TV also said every room had a mini bar but ours didn’t.
We found the instructions / signage on how to use the pool wasn’t super clear but worked out how it worked eventually.
The cooked breakfast was excellent and would recommend it, though the continental selection could have had more variety.
