"It is clearly a work in progress when we stayed. Would be better to dispense with baths and have walk in showers in apartment block. Whilst polite the bar staff were not that well informed. Eg when I asked for directions to our room they were not sure. And I was charged Shen I had already prepaid for the booking. But it was sorted. Perhaps wipe the dust off your blinds. Otherwise ok. Food was good and tasty. Good breakfast. If it continues to sort a few things out then clearly will be a winner as there are many good aspects to it."

"We found the room was reasonably comfortable, but it was unfortunate that where we were staying the bedroom window was permanently frosted so we didn’t have a view out. There was a restaurant on site which we used on one evening, however, we found it to be somewhat overpriced. We also felt it seemed to be going through an identity crisis as it gave the appearance of a high end eating place and yet it was full of noisy dogs, babies, and toddlers. This made it difficult to enjoy a nice relaxed meal. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options available. The only parking available is on the road outside which resulted in a fairly long walk from the car with a suitcase."

"Such an easy check in / check out experience and such a lovely and conscientiously maintained facility. It was so so so so so lovely and I would totally stay here again. Also the cake was really good- they give you cake in your room!!!"

"This was a remote location, accompanied by a couple of holiday lets nearby, with a large garden and a short walk to get to the marshes and access to the coastal walk. The rooms were excellently decorated, with first-rate furniture, top quality white goods and a lovely kitchen-diner. Two bathrooms served the needs of our party very adequately, as did the lounge, again well-furnished, bedrooms likewise. Parking was adequate and easy access, although the instructions given made this so. The garden was not used a great deal, as we visited a few attractions in the area, but it was ideal for outdoor games, and watching the local wildlife. To the side was the hot tub which we used. It all contributed to a very relaxing holiday. Thankyou, Mr. Hickey."

"The Flints is a fantastic place to stay. A great location to explore the coast and villages/towns in the area. A lot happening in the area. Lovely coastal walks from Blakeney. The photographs of the cottage clearly show what to expect. A traditional cottage style with a fabulous extended living/kitchen. The decor is stylish and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen- though the region is full of brilliant places to eat so the cooker remained untouched! The courtyard garden was an absolute treat, breakfast/coffee spot to die for, probably the highlight for me! The traditional cottage stairs leading to a large double bedroom once again tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches, including a useful fan. I slept so well- the mattress was like a cloud! I realise now I am home just how comfortable it was! The single room though aimed at a younger person suited my adult daughter and gave her everything she needed. All in all this is a beautiful cottage and one I would be very happy to return to."

"The cottage is adjacent to stiffkey stores which was very convenient & close to the small stiffkey river which was ideal for a picnic. It is is set in a gravel cul-de-sac with other period properties. Located close to beautiful beaches including Holkam, Wells & Blakney. The wildlife is fabulous & each morning & evening we were entertained by a number of Swifts & Swallows. At nightime an Owl would hoot tunefully behind our cottage. The coast is rich in birds & wildlife. It is a very picturesque area & very unspoilt & natural. We would certainly return."
