"Enjoyed our stay here. Especially for my mom’s birthday. Loved the spa. Place is farther to « downtown » 30 ish minutes away. Recommend driving as taxis are extremely expensive. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I am not usually a resort food girly but the food was actually decent at all 3 restaurants. Only thing we didn’t enjoy as much was that for place to call itself luxury we expected the rooms to be up to par. Also weird encounter happened: the day am we arrived and checks in the...

"We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...

"Clean room great staff good breakfast beautiful beach"

"Great stay, although the room was a bit sober: no bed tables, no decoration on the walls. Nice balcony though."

"Remote and lovely place to stay. Having the restaurant onsite was so convenient."

"La abitacion"

"- The workers say to just text them on what apps for assistance. They messages me back once and didn’t reply again for the rest of my stay .. -THERE ARE BED BEGS !!! my arms, legs & neck was bit up and a doctor confirmed that it was bed bug bites"

"Great location, cute hotel, staff were helpful, rooms clean. Only negative was that the standard room was not what we were expecting based on photos we saw, but staff were great in helping us change rooms when another was available. Pools are small but still enjoyable to relax at. Front desk also assisted us with arranging taxis when we needed. Would stay there again."

"Bien"

"Rooms where clean. Clean bed,sheets,towels"

"Kura Botanica was an excellent place to stay, with a fantastic location and friendly, attentive staff. It is ideal for travellers looking for convenient access to restaurants, sightseeing attractions, and the nearby town. The proximity to town made it especially enjoyable for evening strolls, leisure activities, and dining out. Overall, a wonderful location that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable."

"Honestly, I can’t say enough about this resort. My wife and I have traveled to several all-inclusive resorts, and this was by far the best one. From the service, to the food selection, to even having hookah on the resort and endless things to do with plenty of open bars. This stay beyond surpassed my expectations. There was so much to do at the resort that we didn’t even get a chance to everything like enjoy the waterpark. The only things that I would note is that due to the humidity outside,...
