"This was a reasonable place to stay and the breakfast was good. The receptionist was helpful with maps and dinner suggestions. We were given a fan upon request and a phone cord. Staff was very friendly. The problem was when I couldn’t sleep and went outside it was difficult to figure out how to get back in the building "

It is mentioned but I'd expect it to be clearer. Food in pub was great. Continental breakfast was interesting. Used as close enough to ABBA Voyage and transfers were easy. Would happily come back."

"The Jesmond is a nice place to stay and is conveniently located in an area with many shops, restaurants and access to public transportation. The daily breakfast was tasty and there were several options to choose. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. We shared a bathroom on the top floor. The bathroom and shower area were clean. "This little B & B was a gem, it was in a lovely area with some nice pubs and restaurants. Karen the host was really friendly and made us a gorgeous full English and nothing was too much trouble. Our local was the Horse and Chains 1 min further up the road. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Wembley as there was a train station close by and a uber was only £15.00. "Place was convenient to the tube station, friendly staff, reasonably priced breakfast. Clean room , fresh sheets. I have no issue with the small bathroom, however a bathroom mat outside the shower would be preferred also to prevent accidental slipping from water splash. I would book again on my future visit."

"This is a superb setting for Luton airport customers. You are literally in the last bed before the runway. This means it isn't quiet when the planes fly over, but it is superbly comfortable and the hosts go the extra mile with small but winning touches including the ready when you are breakfast for those travelling at odd times. Great stay, but bring your ear plus if you want to pretend you are not staying near the airport."

"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."
