"We have just returned from a stay at your hotel My husband and 2 children have had a lovely time Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a suite which was just lovely and really appreciated The room has everything you need Iron, ironing board, towels, shower gels, shampoos, fridge, safe The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we had so much space The location is amazing right next to Warren Street Tube station that literally gets you everywhere to all main attractions we had visited Harry Potter studio tours before our arrival then on to London where we explored Oxford Street and surrounding areas, Camden Market etc We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting you again soon xx"

"Well designed, clean modern rooms making use of limited space. Helpful staff at check in. Location, walking distance from Kings X station a big plus. Outside traffic rather noisy in my room, though for a one night stay not too big an issue, as bed very comfortable."
