"The hotel was in a good location and right across from Union Station and its entertainment amenities. Staff was very friendly and gave me recommendations to visit around the city. At night, it is a bit isolated and would only recommend one drive to other areas instead of walking."

"Stay here every time 24 hour fountain drinks and coffee in the lobby. We leave our car here till we return from the airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle no complaints."

"Very clean and worked well for us. Polite staff. Breakfast was good with several hot choices. We were there two nights and there was no housekeeping so ask for extra towels if needed. After our stay I got several phone calls from Sonesta asking for a review. I would rather get an e-mail. Otherwise, a good price and there was no cancellation fee."

"Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, nice complimentary breakfast and nighttime security make this hotel an incredible value. The location is great too. The beds and pillows are not comfortable but they were very clean. This is not really an issue if traveling for business. I recommend this property."
