This tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment has magnificent direct sea views and is just a 1 min stroll to the beach. This apartment is perfect for couples, families or working professionals. The spacious, bright living room includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV for streaming your favourite platforms. The apartment boasts a fully equipped, open plan kitchen and private balcony. Just a stone's throw away from the seafront, cafes, supermarket and free street parking, this is the perfect St Leonards getaway!

Bright apartment with spacious living areas and private balcony, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.


KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM
The open plan living space has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The light living room is set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV or sit on the balcony and watch the sunset.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has a double bed. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
