"This place is great overall. Owners were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, private free parking it was an experience for the books. If we come back to south bend we will be trying to stay here again."

"Check-in was a little rough as the lady at the front desk seemed a little flustered with how busy it was. Only had 1 elevator working so it took some time to wait for it. We couldn’t get into our room at first due to the door sticking at the top but we figured it out and was able to get into our room. Stayed for the Luke Combs Concert at ND- overall it was a nice stay and was able to get on the free bus to ND from Century Center. "

"Really nice experience in Yellow Room 1. All was well maintained and clean. Nice blackout blinds and curtains for good sleep. Good mattress. Nice to have own sink and toilet in room. And shared shower was nice and big. Only recommendation would be to provide all guests with code to get in basement in emergency. We had a tornado warning and no way to get into basement to take cover."

"Clean rooms and well maintained. Can find parking on the street or on the nearby lot. The house showcases a collection of model cars, vintage collectables and many more interesting posters and magazines related to the Studebaker and Vivanti automobiles. And the houses are right next to the Studebaker Historic Museum. "

"This hotel was clean and.conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The valet service made parking a breeze and the employees there were great— shout out to Owen who gave us directions and always had a smile on his face. "

"This is a beautifully restored home with rich history and details highlighted throughout. A museum AND a place to rest! Communication with hosts was great, check in was flawless and ample parking. The area seems safe and the home is secure, which is good because the orange room doors are GORGEOUS leaded glass french doors with a skeleton key dead bolt. Lovely stay, thank you!"

"Tom and Alice were perfect hosts. The room was spotless, more than enough towels, pillows, and blankets. Breakfast was superb. No reason to check out the big hotel chains after staying here. They even had snacks and drinks available at anytime. Definitely would stay here again."
