"Hotel was ok at first sight but the tv was broken and receptionist didn’t seem to be interested when I told him about it , internet signal wasn’t very good either so I wouldn’t return "

"The cooked breakfast was awful. Scrambled egg was almost solid and inedible ( even going early ) the bacon was so overcooked I could not put my knife through it . The hash browns were sloppy and not crispy. Had to leave them and only just manage a sausage . I was staying for 4 nights so I had to get a hot breakfast elsewhere. "

"Breakfast, is the best choice breakfast that ive ever had, fresh made waffles with multi choice toppings great breakfast choices, nice dribks hot and cold, cereals juices, Rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, good tv, amazing shower 🚿 "

"Nice bedroom . Great beds nice bed linen . Good bathroom needs a little bit of TLC . Some staff very friendly others not really . Food operation is very poor . Most people seemed to eat elsewhere as did we . Great if you just want a room and a swim in the pool . "

"We had a junior suite overlooking the river which was nice enough, we thought the bathroom required an update. No towel heating rail, no underfloor heating so it was cold. Perhaps we were spoiled the year before as we stayed in The Hermitage suite which was superb, far preferred it however I expect more expensive. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was good, however I think there could have been more choices in the main meals menu."
