A fabulous four-bedroom three-bathroom townhouse with stunning sea views and in a great location just a short stroll to Porthmeor Beach and the centre of St Ives and the harbour. A great destination for your break in St Ives at any time of the year.
 
Size:  Sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms.
Beds:  3 x king, 1 x single.
Rooms:  Kitchen/dining, living room, 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite), shower room.
Kitchen & utilities:  Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave.  There is also a utility shed at the top of the garden housing a washing machine and freezer.
Entertainment:  Smart TV and DVD player.
Outside:  Rear Garden with attractive flower beds and terraced areas, plus outdoor furniture. 
Parking:  Private driveway parking for two cars opposite the house.
General:  Gas central heating.  Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No smoking. WiFi provided.
Pets:  No dogs are accepted.
Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
