Aquarama is appropriately named due to the beautiful blue waters of St Ives bay with sweeping uninterrupted vistas of the whole of the bay across to Godrevy lighthouse being the main attraction here. The apartment is well-suited for couples with a kingsize bed and has been beautifully decorated to a high standard throughout, with large bay windows by the dining area offering magnificent sea views overlooking Porthminster Beach.
Uniquely situated on The Terrace, an elegant row of period houses leading into the town centre, Aquarama sits above the pristine blue flagged Porthminster Beach and is especially convenient for those arriving by train on the picturesque St Erth to St Ives branch line connecting from the London to Penzance mainline. The harbour, restaurants and shops are just moments away and The Tate St Ives, a ten minute stroll. With one bedroom Aquarama is perfectly suited to couples.
The apartment is on the first floor with a stylish open plan lounge/diner. There are two sofas, a Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker and feature electric fire. The dining area seats four and is wonderfully positioned next to the large bay windows where you can enjoy the stunning views that the property has to offer. There is a compact but well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The bedroom has a kingsize 5' bed, built-in wardrobe, wall-mounted TV, feature electric fire and Dyson air con. The bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower, basin and WC.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Full Fibre highspeed broadband provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
