This stay was okay. The hotel was in a good location for us. We were down to London for a weekend traveling with a couple of other families and we had eight children between us so we wanted somewhere quite central to the things we wanted to do. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, and it seemed just your luck what kind of room you were given. We found we were given three single beds (really two single beds and a pull out couch that didn’t really fit both of our children)for four people so that was interesting. The air conditioning also wasn’t working and when we went to the front desk about it we were just told it only goes to 19 and that’s what it is. We were not offered for maintenance to come down and check that it was working or that we were doing it correctly. When we were checking out we let them know our room was so hot we could barely sleep and we were told we should have called maintenance and were basically given a shrug. The breakfast was fabulous and had loads of gluten free items for my son and I so that was a definite bright spot. I also appreciated that the breakfast was open 7 am to 11 am as we had children sleeping to different times.

"The staff are good. However, we raised about the room being so hot in this kind of very hot weather. We couldn't sleep at night as it's very humid and very hot inside the property. No air condition, so suffocating."

"Great location! The hotel room was efficient and spotlessly clean. However, the espresso/coffee maker had no instructions, operated poorly and overflowed a small demitasse cup due to a large cup not fitting under the spout. One of three elevators stopped working the second day into our 4 day stay ..."
