"The hotel is located within easy walking distance of public transport. The room was comfortable and generally calm. Reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is really excellent. Certainly one of the best I have used, well provisioned with excellent equipment, water, apples (a really nice touch) and towels. The only complaint is that we had to ask for the room to be 'refreshed'. "

"Room was clean and decent size for family of 4 however it was extremely hot. Couldn’t sleep first night however next morning we raised this issue and was provided with fans. Saw other guests complaint about same issue so I guess it’s common. Parking was stressful, their carpark was expensive and full so had to quickly drop everything then park at the mall carpark for £7 a day. No cars allowed in front of hotel except for buses. You have to go around to get to the hotel carpark"

And for this reason, I would not be returning, so lucky to get a small car parking space; otherwise, it would have meant parking off-site, which I would not have liked at all. The reception team were not very good at all, and had very poor customer service. Very disappointing "

"Spotless apartment, very helpful and friendly staff, I arrived out of hours and it checkin was secure and easy. Great location too. "
