"To say our room was supposed to an executive suite and was £300 a night, I would have expected to see the room in better up keep. The main room had a chunk of floor missing. In the bathroom the shower was lovely but also leaked so had to be careful about leaving anything on the side of the sink or it would get wet, there was no ventilation in the bathroom. On first glance the room was very nice but once you looked closer for those little details it showed that it wasn’t worth the money we had...

"This seems to be a student residence, with some rooms rented as a hotel. It had potential, but it was impossible to get past the smell. The shower appeared to be rotted out behind the tiles, with mildew seeping out everywhere, and the whole room had a light aroma of rot. The mattress was pretty bad--it felt like it was encased in a cardboard cover. Maybe without those two problems it wouldn't be terrible (and maybe the mildew won't be there in other rooms), although still not worth what I paid."
