"a very friendly welcome, though all a bit chaotic with their check in system. Beautiful room with lovely hot drink options and fresh water, very nice bathroom with shampoo, soap, conditioner etc.. The one downside was the road noise as the road is incredibly busy, especially during rush hour. They can't change that but I wanted to mention it."

"We loved everything about our stay in Mafeking. The house, the garden and Benenden are all beautiful. Mafeking is a great choice for familys, there are plenty of toys and a lovely playground nearby. We extended our stay because we loved it that much and had a very friendly and accommodating experience with the costumer service. Next summer holiday we will be coming back and are really looking forward to visit Mafeking again. Absolutely recommended."

"The property is stunning, it has been converted to the most amazing standard. The grounds were immaculate and the hosts were easy to communicate with"

"Gorgeous farm setting in the countryside! We traveled from London, about 1.5 hours, with a stop here 2 nights on our way to Cornwall. We stayed in the 1600's Frame Farm with the most charm and character even though it had been fully renovated, and beautifully appointed to current standards, even had the original beams in the ceilings. Hosts were available if needed but in no way intrusive. Nice outdoor patio with tables and chairs for toasting the sunset and enjoying the beauty around us. Nice 15 minute walk thru a footpath to the Bull Tavern in town was a perfect way to end our stay and have drinks and a delicious meal! There is also a wedding venue on the grounds which would be a magical place to have a wedding. Also, only minutes from Sissinghurst Gardens and Great Dixter Gardens were nearby as well. This place is exceptional! Don't miss it. Could have stayed here a week, or more!"
