"I had an overall average experience at the hotel. The receptionist was kind enough to offer us early check-in, which we really appreciated after a long flight. I liked the bed, shower, TV, and the view from our room. However, there were a few downsides. The room felt quite small for the price, and there was no bathtub. The pool was also smaller than it appeared in the photos and tended to be crowded. I paid extra for breakfast, but the buffet had limited options and didn’t even include cereal. Another inconvenience was the lack of a direct room service line as I had to call reception each time, and on one occasion, they mistakenly transferred me to the restaurant instead. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly. While the reception staff were polite, they didn’t go above and beyond in their service."
