"Pool was not available. Arrived early and understandably the room was not ready, told to come back in one hour and it would be ready. Came back over two hours later at 330pm (check in is at 3) and the room was still not ready. After only a 10 min wait they moved us to a different room that was ready. It was surface clean, a place to lay our heads for the night. The breakfast in the morning was carb heavy, no fruit, lots of bread, bagels, waffles, cereal, granola bars, Rice Krispie treats even....
