"We've been coming to White Oaks for nearly two decades, and are never dissatisfied. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly, and remarkably helpful. Even when we visit Niagara Falls, we'd rather drive back here since our experiences have been wonderful. The gym and fitness facilities are extraordinary, and having the shopping right across the road is fantastic, especially with the food court right at the entrance. The spa services are exemplary as well. This is a great getaway!"

I was only disappointed because I didn’t realize not all Comfort Inns offer breakfast with the stay…there is a restaurant on site here so that is reasonable but as a pet owner I have always looked forward to being able to grab breakfast and take it back to my room. "They refused to check us in with our debit visa. We were a family with babies 2000 kms away from home. They were very rude. We stayed in 6 hotels for 16 nights on our road trip and every hotel took a hold on our debit visa for a certain amount and all worked smoothly except this horrible one. I had to rebook another hotel in the area and pay a premium because of the hotel un clear policy. "

"It was a lovely house with a very responsive owner. very clean, kitchen was full of dishes, pots, cups, mugs, cutlery and lots more, comfortable beds with nice extra pillows, clean and nice washrooms with lots of towels. The sauna and hot tub was perfect for the winter getaway. We were a group of friends,we really enjoyed every moment of our stay in this place. "
