Violations of the no-smoking or no-party policy may result in a $1000 fine.

Additional Guests

Unauthorized additional guests are subject to a fee of $50 per night per guest.

Late Checkouts

Late checkouts are based on availability. Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a fee of $60 per hour.

Security

For guest safety, an exterior security camera is installed outside the property entrance only. No cameras are located inside the suite.

Long-Term Bookings

For extended stays, guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID after booking confirmation. Failure to provide identification may result in cancellation of the reservation.
